Labeling Correlations
Select the weakest correlation. A Pearson's r value (ignoring the sign) that is .70 or greater is considered strong.
A Pearson's r value (ignoring the sign) that is .30 or less is considered weak. A Pearson's r value (ignoring the sign) that is greater than .30 and less than .70 is consider moderate.

This activity and others can be found at www.P2L.io The activity is an example of a Perceptual Learning Module (PLM). A PLM helps people with rapidly extracting information, internalizing frequently occurring patterns, and automaticity (e.g., when you drive home, without really needing to think how you are driving the car). PLMs are not about memorizing facts. Explicit rules can be given, but are not necessary. Learning occurs as a result of a rapid cycle of testing and feedback.
